Sea Salt & Dark Chocolate Popcorn
Cold-pressed coconut oil or organic butter
corn kernels (organic and GMO-free)
100 g / 3,5 oz dark chocolate (80%)
Start by placing a large pot of oil on a medium temperature and keep the lid on the pot. Add some popcorn kernels into the pot and wait until they pop, then lower the temperature to medium or low. Transfer the popcorn in a large bowl and add the chopped dark chocolate and sprinkle with sea salt.
Stir the popcorn to combine and serve.
