Chocolate Chip Coconut Popcorn
1/4 cup Coconut Oil
1/3 cup Popcorn
3 droppers full Vanilla Stevia Drops
Fine Sea Salt
1 cup unsweetened Toasted Coconut Flake
3/4 cup Chocolate Chips
Start by preheating the oven to 325 F and place the coconut flakes on a baking sheet. Bake it for around 10 minutes until the coconut is lightly browned. Move it around the sheet after 5 minutes and watch it carefully to ensure it does not burn.
To cook the popcorn, heat a saucepan of coconut oil over a high temperature and wait until the popcorn starts to pop. Cover the pan with a lid and shake the pan around, when the popcorn is about to overflow out of the pan, transfer it to a bowl, add the stevia drops and salt and wait to cool. When it has cooled, add the chocolate and coconut flakes.
