1 box Betty Crocker™ Gluten Free brownie mix
Butter and eggs as listed on the brownie mix box
(8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
1 cup fresh blueberries
1 cup fresh raspberries
1/2 cup apple jelly
Start by heating the oven to 350°F and grease a 12-inch pizza pan with coconut oil. Then in a large bowl, stir the brownie mix, butter and eggs together until they are well blended.
Bake for around 20 minutes and allow to cool completely. In small bowl, mix together the cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with an electric mixer on a medium speed until smooth, then put the mixture over brownie base, ensuring it is evenly distributed. Arrange berries over the cream cheese mixture and stir the jelly until it is smooth, brush this over the berries and let it refrigerate for around an hour or until chilled. Cut it into slices and cover when putting into the refrigerator.
