2 cups ketchup
1 cup molasses
1 cup honey
1 ½ cups pineapple juice
1 tablespoon gluten free soy sauce
1 tablespoon onion powder
2 tablespoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon salt
6 dashes Tabasco sauce
1 teaspoon - 3 tablespoons pureed chipotle
1. Start by combining every ingredient except the pureed chipotle in a large saucepan and whisk. Bring this to the boil on a high temperature. Once boiling, turn the heat down and let it simmer. Stir it occasionally for around 30 minutes until the sauce is glossy.
2. Whisk the sauce and add the pureed chipotle.
