2 Large egg whites
2 Tablespoons maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2. In a bowl set a pan over simmering water and melt the chocolate until smooth. Let this cool slightly.
3. Mix the egg whites, maple syrup, vanilla and cocoa powder together in a large mixing bowl and mix in the melted chocolate until smooth,
4. Fold in the quinoa and using a tablespoon, form mounds and space the macaroons evenly on greaseproof paper
5. Bake these for 15 minutes and then let cool.
