1. Ensure the snack is a maximum of 200 calories.
2. Eat a snack that is packed with protein or fibre as this will release more energy.
3. Have a snack that has perks to it, such as a yogurt, as this will be packed with calcium, cocoa dusted avocado truffles or almonds, as these are packed with fibre,healthy fats and protein.
